There is no supervision before 7:30. Please avoid dropping off students before that time.

It is unlawful to use cell phones while driving in a school zone. Please obey posted speed limits within the parking lots.

Your child’s safety is our top priority. All visitors must enter through the front office and check-in with our ladies in the office.

Parking: Please park in the parking lot at the front of the school and enter through the front doors. During events and performances when the parking lot may become full, please use the west parking lot and front doors to enter the building. Please avoid parking on grass.

Pedestrians should use sidewalks and crosswalks. Please remind students who walk and ride bikes to use crosswalks. Bike riders should walk with bikes once they enter the campus parking lot areas. Crosswalk attendant will be on duty starting at 7:30.

• At the front of the schoo and West side Blue and Green Hallways: All students can be dropped off at any entrance between 7:30am and 7:45am. Our instructional day starts at 7:45am. Please allow time for your student to make it to their classroom. If your child’s arrival is after 7:45am, they will need to be checked in at the office at the front of the building by an adult.

If your child is a car-rider, the vehicle picking up your child/children will need a name tag that is retrieved in the front office. If you do not have this paper at the time of pick up, please request one to be sent home with your child. Thank you for understanding.

YELLOW HALL/FRONT ENTRANCE:

• Kindergarten: ALL Kindergarten students, along with siblings, will be picked up at the front of the school. They are sent to safety cones as you approach. Please pull forward as far as possible at all times.

• First Grade: First graders without siblings will be in the front hall. First graders with siblings will ALL go to the oldest siblings hallway.

GREEN HALL:

• Second and Third Graders: Pickup will be in the Green hall. Second or Third graders with older siblings will ALL be picked up in the Green hall.

BLUE HALL:

• Fourth and Fifth Graders: Pickup will be in the Blue hall. Any Fourth or Fifth grader with a Kindergarten sibling will go to the Yellow hall/Front entrance. Any Fourth or Fifth grader with a First grade sibling will stay in the Blue hall, any other siblings meet there too. Any Fourth or Fifth grader with a Second or Third grade sibling goes to the Green hall.

We are continuing to monitor best ways to keep our students safe and to implement security routines that can be implemented without interfering with students' learning.
